How does Shelf read Zepto?
Store by store, never logged in, at a pace far under what Zepto serves, keeping facts (names, prices, ranks, stock states) and never Zepto’s images or product copy.
Can I get the rows as files?
Excel and CSV of any table on Pro, up to the plan’s rows a month; API access on request.
Can my own cities or products be read more often?
Hourly reads are set up with a person, for the target cities you name. We reply within one working day.
Do I need my Zepto seller login?
No. You sign in to Shelf with an email address. Nothing in Shelf is built on a seller login or an ad account.
