Questions about Zepto out of stock tracking
How fresh is it?
Every store on the apps we read is read again every day (JioMart and Amazon Now twice a day), and every read is kept as history. Pro is refreshed every day, and every hour in your target cities once set up. Free is refreshed every week.
Can Shelf show my stock count at each Zepto dark store?
No count is ever shown. Shelf shows in stock or out at the read.
Can Shelf tell a dark store that dropped my product from one that ran out?
Not on Zepto: its lists do not show their end, so Shelf never says a product is missing there. It shows where each product is listed, and whether it was in stock.
Does Shelf show a store’s address?
Its store id, its city and its pincode. Never a map position.
Do I need my Zepto seller login?
No. You sign in to Shelf with an email address. Nothing in Shelf is built on a seller login or an ad account.
