Is there a BigBasket API?
As far as we know, BigBasket offers no public API for its catalogue, its prices or its search results; its seller and ads panels cover a brand’s own account. Shelf reads BigBasket dark store by dark store, every day, and gives the data as screens, Excel and CSV files and alerts. API access is given on request to accounts on a plan.

Questions about BigBasket API
Does Shelf have an API?
API access is given on request to accounts on a plan. Every plan has the screens; Pro has Excel and CSV files of any table, and alerts.
Is this BigBasket’s official data?
No. Shelf is independent of BigBasket. It reads what BigBasket shows a shopper, store by store, and keeps the date of every read.
Does Shelf copy BigBasket’s images or product copy?
No. Shelf keeps facts: names, pack sizes, prices, ranks and stock states.
Can I have my own cities or products read more often?
Hourly reads are set up with a person, for the target cities you name. We reply within one working day.
Do I need my BigBasket seller login?
No. You sign in to Shelf with an email address. Nothing in Shelf is built on a seller login or an ad account.
